She sees people with emergency, major, minor and complex conditions. helps Frailty & Housebound Service to provide care and support for those who are housebound.

Jan holds regular clinics to take blood samples, monitor blood pressure and weight, perform ECGs, offers Smoking Cessation advice and NHS Health Checks. Tests and measurements must be authorised by a doctor or nurse. Strict protocols are  followed in the interests of safety.

Tracy Welsh holds regular clinics to take blood samples, monitor blood pressure, perform ECGs and spirometry tests; she also gives Smoking Cessation advice and runs cryotherapy clinics and NHS Health Checks.

Lauren holds regular clinics to take blood samples, monitor blood pressure and weight, perform ECGs, offers Smoking Cessation advice and NHS Health Checks. Tests and measurements must be authorised by a doctor or nurse. Strict protocols are  followed in the interests of safety.

Our receptionists  work according to  protocols agreed by the Partners to make sure that all patients are treated safely and fairly. Please be polite to our receptionists  and do not attempt to intimidate, bully or harass them. . We do not tolerate abuse of our staff under any circumstances.

Kirsty Higham, our  Community Midwife is employed by Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. She cares for maternity patients from the time they first realise they are pregnant until 10 days after delivery of the child, working closely with the doctors, health visitors, hospital services and other agencies. Please ask for a Practice Antenatal leaflet if you require more information about our Maternity Service.

Our District Nurses and Nursing Auxiliary Team are employed by Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. The District Nursing team gives nursing care, support and advice to those people suffering acute, long term and terminal illnesses, both in their own homes and within residential care. The nurses work closely with the Surgery and other agencies to deliver a high standard of care.

The team can be contacted on :01628 482292. From 9am to 5pm. Answer phone messages are retrieved between 1pm and 2pm daily. Outside these hours for emergencies, they can be contacted via Bucks Urgent Care on 0300 130 3035

Our Health Visitors and Community Staff Nurse are employed by Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. The Health Visitors work with individuals, families and communities to improve general health and well being. The main focus of the work is families with children from birth to 5 years. They liaise closely with Midwives, School Nurses, Sure Start, Education, Social Services, Housing and Voluntary Services.
